PLAN A SURPRISE
Pssst,, Did you know? Over the years, we’ve helped plan proposals, announce pregnancies, and reveal other surprises (like concert tickets)! We LOVE making guests’ experiences extra special, so please let us know how we can help you!
A week notice is preferred (but not required), and we recommend reaching out about your plans before making your booking so we can help find the room with the perfect layout and puzzle flow to accommodate your surprise. Surprises can be incorporated into Special Events or regular bookings.
There is no upcharge to accommodate your surprise, but there are a few things to note if you are planning for your surprise to take place during business hours, such as:
Please do not bring food, cake, or drinks
Please limit non-participating guests to a max of 6
Please request that non-participating guests wait for you to join them in the lobby to celebrate together
Please limit decorations to a few small items
Please do not bring any noise makers or confetti poppers
We understand your friends and family are excited for you - and so are we! - but the above requests will help show respect to our other customers since the lobby and hallway are shared spaces. If you’re interested in bringing food and drinks, extra guests, or extra decorations, we recommend considering booking a Special Event!
