All bookings are PRIVATE; you never have to play with strangers

You only need to book the MINIMUM number of tickets to reserve a room; additional tickets can be added upon arrival

NO REFUNDS for cancellations or no-shows

We will RESCHEDULE your booking or issue store credit if you contact us at least 2 hours BEFORE your game time; there will be a $25 rescheduling fee for changes made with less than a 2 hour notice or for bookings moved more than twice

Players under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied by at least one paying adult

Players ages 8 and up: Adult Ticket prices apply

Players ages 7 and under: Free for the first 2; Adult Ticket prices apply for additional players; all players count towards maximum number of players for a game; please include number of younger players in the comments section of your booking

Walk-ins are welcome but not guaranteed; customers wishing to book as a walk-in should arrive 15 minutes prior to game time

We reserve the right to close early if there are no scheduled bookings

Late arrivals will result in less time in the escape room

Waivers can be signed online before arrival or in person upon arrival
