+ Will we really be locked in a room?
You will have the illusion of being "locked" in a room with the door shut. The door will always be unlocked for the safety of our guests in case you need to leave or take a break.
+ Is there an age limit?
No; however, we recommend our games for participants aged 8 and up. Guests under 16 years old need to be accompanied by at least one participating adult. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver for them.
+ Is your business handicap accessible?
Yes, there are handicap spots and a ramp available. All of our current games are on the ground level, but Amaze-ing Cafe & Bakery is too small for wheelchair accessibility.
+ Do you offer discounts?
Yes! We offer 10% off for Military and First Responders. Use promo code THANKYOU when making your booking, then show us your id upon arrival.
Want to play again? We offer 20% off to customers playing multiple games on the same day! Just give us a call or email to have the discount applied to your second (and third, and fourth, etc.) game. (Please note: This discount is not valid for groups needing multiple games at the same time; it is meant for groups wanting to play games at different times throughout the day.)
Gift cards are also 20% off when purchased in store after playing a game! Must be purchased the same day you play.

+ Will I be in a room with people I don’t know?
No, One Way Out offers private booking for all rooms, regardless of whether you reserve all the available tickets or not.
+ Can I get a refund or reschedule my booking?
No refunds will be provided for cancellations or no-shows. Please call or email us if you would like to reschedule or cancel your game. Games can be rescheduled or cancelled for store credit if you notify us at least 2 hours before your start time.
Games cancelled with less than a 2 hour notice are not eligible for store credit. Games rescheduled with less than a 2 hour notice or rescheduled more than twice will be charged a $25 rescheduling fee.
Inclement Weather: If we are closed due to weather, we will reach out to customers with a booking with the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. If we are open but you still have concerns surrounding the weather, you will be able to reschedule for a later date or receive store credit, and no rescheduling fee will be enforced.
