NO REFUNDS for cancellations or no-shows

We will RESCHEDULE your booking or issue store credit if you contact us at least 2 hours BEFORE your game time; there will be a $25 rescheduling fee for changes made with less than a 2 hour notice or for bookings moved more than twice

Players under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied by at least one paying adult

Players ages 8 and up: Regular prices apply

Players ages 7 and under: Free for the first 2; Regular prices apply for additional players; all players count towards maximum number of players for a game; please include number of younger players in the comments section of your booking

Walk-ins are welcome but not guaranteed

We reserve the right to close early if there are no scheduled bookings

Late arrivals will result in less time in the escape room
